These terms govern your use of cloistore.com and the CLOI mobile app, both operated by CLOI. By placing an order you accept them.

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep it, and any one-time code we send to it, to yourself — anyone with access to that number can reach your account. Tell us at info@cloistore.com if you think someone else has used it.
Give us accurate details. An address or phone number that is wrong is the most common reason an order cannot be delivered.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and a garment may differ slightly from its photograph.
Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are browsing and include any taxes that apply. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.
Stock is shown as accurately as our system allows. Occasionally an item sells in a branch at the same moment you order it online. If that happens we will contact you and either arrange an alternative or refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order — not when you place it, and not when a payment page succeeds. If we cannot accept an order we will tell you and refund anything already paid.
We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address, where a price was clearly wrong, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
You may pay cash on delivery, or by card where card payment is offered. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never receive your card number.
Where you pay with a gift card or with loyalty points, that value is applied to the order and any remainder is due by your chosen payment method.
We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, and offer collection from the branches listed there. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
For collection, we hold your order at the branch for the period stated in your confirmation. Please bring the order number and the phone number you ordered with.
You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with any tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery — are excluded unless they are faulty.
Refunds are made by the method you paid with. A card refund may take several days to appear, depending on your bank.
Nothing here affects your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Gift cards may be used against any purchase in the shop, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire on the date stated when they were issued. Treat a gift card code like cash: we cannot replace one that is lost or shared.
Points are earned and spent on the terms shown in your account at the time. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire. Points earned on an order that is later returned are removed with it.
You are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. We may decline to publish a review, or remove one, and we may use what you post about a product on the product's page.
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the shop, and do not use it to break the law.
The CLOI name, logo, photography, product descriptions and page designs belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, as described, and for the things the law does not let us exclude. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable — for example a business loss arising from a late delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
